Nonprofit Management Specialist, Consultant, Coach, Educator, Facilitator

With over three decades of non-profit experience, Erik Daubert is regarded as a leader in the areas of financial development and non-profit management. In addition to a broad based career in nonprofits, he has also served as a consultant, speaker, and founding partner in multiple nonprofit and for profit organizations.

Erik is one of the most certified fundraising professionals in the world and holds the AFP lifetime credential of Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive (ACFRE). He is Past-Chair of the ACFRE Certification Board, Immediate Past Chair of the AFP Research Council, and current faculty member at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. He is also Immediate Past Chair of the Growth in Giving Initiative and the Fundraising Effectiveness Project, one of the largest philanthropic research projects in the world (www.afpfep.org), while also serving as an Affiliated Scholar with the Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy at the Urban Institute in Washington, DC. Erik is also an AFP Master Trainer.
